Bourne Pines is a complex of 54 apartments divided between three blocks. Each block has a security door to the entrance lobby which leads to a lift to reach each of the 8 floors. There are two apartments on each landing with a further lobby to an emergency staircase.
The figuration of each apartment offers two good sized double bedrooms, a galley kitchen, a large lounge/diner leading to a good sized south facing balcony, bathroom, separate toilet and two large storage cupboards in the hall. There is an intercom system to allow guests access.
Car Parking
Each flat has a numbered car park space in the electronic gated underground car park plus a lift to each floor.
There is also an outside visitor’s car park at the back of the building for which one permit is allocated to each flat.
The visitors car park is monitored by Countrywide Car Parks. If valid permits are not shown on vehicles dashboards parking tickets will be issued. The Freeholds of Bourne Pines and Bourne Pines Management can not be involved in any disputes over tickets issued. The rules of the visitors car park are clearing shown in all three lifts, on the walls of the buildings and listed in the general Rule & Regulations of Bourne Pines which all flat owners/tenants have signed. It is the flat owners/tenants responsibility to ensure that visitors are correctly parked in dedicated bays and their vehicle has a permit on display.
Bourne Pines is situated on Christchurch Road on the East Cliff with easy access to: The Lansdowne, Bournemouth Railway Station and Travel Interchange, the A35 leading to the M27, Bournemouth Town Centre and just two roads away from the golden sands of Bournemouth Beach.
